Responsibilities

Analyze customer business needs and ensure that Oracle solutions align with their objectives.

Leverage industry best practices, Oracle product knowledge, and deep business insight to guide decision-making.

Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and complex customer needs.

Drive Oracle's growth by providing valuable feedback on industry needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Provide expert leadership during complex customer engagements, offering domain knowledge on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Help resolve escalations and guide customers through critical process decisions to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required

5+ years of experience with DERMS and/or ADMS.

Strong ability to problem-solve and manage multiple workstreams, always focused on delivering measurable outcomes.

A pragmatic self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking the initiative.

Experienced in presenting to senior leadership, as well as business and IT stakeholders, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

A passion for innovation and a commitment to shaping the future of energy and water systems.

Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales activities and client meetings.

Preferred

A strong background in Oracle Energy and Water Operation Technology products (highly advantageous).

Familiarity with competing software in DERMS and ADMS is a plus.

Utility background in Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and power generation is an advantage.
