Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and business units, to ensure alignment on project goals.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for optimization.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master.

Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience with IT governance and compliance frameworks.

Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in business environments.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
