Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders in the IDF.

Develop product strategy and a roadmap; manage the balance of internal and external requests.

Understand the customer pain points, capture and document requirements while considering the impact for the entire customer base. Work together with development to ensure the correct functionality is created and released.

Collaborate with other departments to communicate the release plan, complete internal and external documentation (e.g., product life cycle policy, education materials) and prepare for the launch of new releases as a part of the release certification process.

Work together with sales, support, consulting services, and others to resolve customer project and support issues, customer licensing questions and customer requests.

Participate in customer meetings and User Groups to present the product roadmap, participate as a subject matter expert, or understand other concerns as raised by the customer.

Manage your product portfolio including SKUs, pricing, release plans, and others using a range of Infor internal systems, including MSF, financial reporting, support portal reporting, Jira and processes (e.g., Product Review Board, Pricing Approvals and partner management procedures).

Collaborate with colleagues across the board as necessary to put new offerings in place for customers.

Required

Experience in product management, product development, product professional services or other software related positions.

Interpersonal and presentation skills for an international audience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience with project management

Preferred

Experience in the enterprise software space.

Experience launching a product/product version; update existing materials, creating new education materials and leading training classes, meet with relevant internal team members to highlight product differentiators and benefits, complete market analysis.

Experience in managing software product roadmaps or identifying the strategic relevance, scope and customer impact of an internal, customer or market request.

Knowledge of internal Infor processes including sales, support, release certification processes and development cycles. Ability to use internal Infor tools to comply with these processes including MSF, Jira, CPQ, support portal and other internal tools.
