Responsibilities

Active participation in the weekly Retail annuities product development working group

Partner with Operations to update Administrative Guidelines/Standards of Practice to reflect the novelty for the new product

Partner with IT to ensure new products are integrated with company ecosystems

Partner with Actuarial Product Development to oversee testing at implementation

Create product training for New Business, Suitability, Policyholder Services, and Claims

Capture, track, and drive implementation of any Day 2 builds required
