Required
Active Real Estate License: You must have a valid real estate license to join our team.
Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in real estate sales, particularly as a buyer’s agent, is essential.
Exceptional Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an ability to work independently and within a team.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with online technology platforms and CRM systems is important.
Preferred
Experience: Licensed for 6 months or more, with 6+ closed transactions in the past year.
