Director, Corporate Finance, Financial Closing and Reporting

Responsibilities
Lead the Corporate Finance team through month / quarter / annual financial closing and reporting.
Responsible for consolidating preliminary results and sharing with Financial Leadership team.
Establish and communicate the annual calendar for month / quarter / annual reporting.
Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the month closing activities.
Present results to the Finance Leadership Team, with high-quality variance analysis.
Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling, making concise and relevant analyses to enable Beigene leadership to make informed decisions.
Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow.
Handle ad-hoc projects as they arise, including assisting Beigene Corporate Finance in improving processes.
Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
BA/BS/MBA with 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required.
People management experience is required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), necessary for daily interaction with senior management.
Result-oriented with a clear can-do and problem-solving attitude, coupled with a clear sense of urgency.
Ability to deal with strategic topics while also having a hands-on approach.
Preferred
MBA is desirable.
Corporate Finance experience is preferred.
Experience as a Finance business partner (Commercial, R&D, or G&A) is a plus.
Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell.
