Advocate for rigorous testing, deployment best practices, and strong documentation.

Highly technically skilled
Proficient in multiple programming/scripting languages
Advocate and implementer of excellent design principles
Champion of UX
Employs and advocates strong testing practices
Leader in proper deployment processes
Highly skilled in database design, programming, and query execution
Deep knowledge of information systems
Excellent client presence, interaction, and communication
Excellent requirements and design documentation abilities
Leads project teams of engineers
Excellent project management skills
Contributor to pre-sales opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to travel 10-20% and work throughout the US/Canada as required
Work from home office within US, near a major airport
3+ Years working with IBM Content & Process Applications (CP4BA)
5+ Years of Professional Services experience
5+ Years of Architecture & Design experience
10+ years of technical experience
BS/MS in CS/IS or equivalent experience
