Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will lead the Skills Mapping Initiative, ensuring that our employee’s skills are continuously evolving to meet business demands.

You will bring innovative thinking to traditional problems, driving experiment-based improvements and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

Your role will involve close collaboration with executive sponsors, business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the skills mapping framework.
