Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for advertising and audience features of our platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
Work with the marketing team to support the technical aspects of our platform.
Development of our advertising platform integrations.
Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points of products.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing any issues to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve backend processes.

Required
3+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, Java, Python, or C#.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical.
