Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and managers to drive performance improvement initiatives across the revenue cycle
Analyze data to identify root causes and provide recommendations for process enhancements
Manage vendor relations to support revenue cycle functions within the region
Utilize performance improvement methodologies to address gaps in performance and implement change management strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional managers and facilitate effective communication across teams

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in revenue cycle, project management, or consulting with healthcare clients
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle strategies and performance improvement methodologies
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Preferred
Supervisory or team leader experience
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and understanding of contract law
Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations
Proven customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
