Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of forecasts, and assist in the creation P/L reports for organizational teams
Update financial models for various departments including Sage Intacct dashboards
Review financial data to identify variances and opportunities for improvement
Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting
Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making
Update project management tasks as identified
Communicate with project stakeholders and document project processes
Advise on system integrations with our existing financial software, including Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Stripe, and SAP Concur
Serve as administrator for SAP Concur
Other tasks as requested

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 1-2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar system, especially with reporting and dashboards
Ability to interpret financial models, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Project management skills, especially with process improvement and integrations between systems
A driven individual with a strong work ethic and high degree of autonomy
Highly attentive to detail with strong organizational and planning skills
Analytical with excellent written and verbal skills in English
Positive, honest, professional, responsible, discreet person who can always act with the utmost confidence
Preferred
Experience in a non-profit organization
Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP Concur
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, & Word
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Ability to share knowledge effectively while at the same time, learn from others
Motivated, energetic, determined, and with strong interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to think outside of the box and work as part of a team
Strong desire to never stop learning
