Working with outside counsel on litigation matters.

Required
5+ years of in-house experience in insurance law
Proven ability to manage product counseling and regulatory compliance for insurance products
Experience advising on regulations impacting Medicare, Medicare supplemental plans, and short-term medical insurance
Familiarity with health care regulations including Medicare and the Affordable Care Act
Ability to work with outside counsel on litigation matters
Familiarity with claims management and underwriting processes
Active bar license, in the state in which you reside, in good standing
Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
Preferred
Experience with major medical, ancillary benefits, and/or life insurance is a plus
