Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects effectively
Organize and maintain project reports and documentation
Liaise with Operations Leadership to discuss project details and deliverables
Assist in project planning, including goal identification and detailed project planning
Manage resources and oversee CAD software and standards for project efficiency

Required
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Working knowledge of federal and state standards and compliance regulations
Ability to problem-solve by gathering and analyzing information
Commitment to completing all required training as designated by the employer
Preferred
Experience in managing CAD software and hardware
Familiarity with quality control processes in design outputs
Skills in training and supporting staff development
Knowledge of the Matterport Program and its application in facilities
Previous experience in a project management or coordination role
