Responsibilities

Assess value, develop cases, and collaborate on the prioritization of stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Provide input into roadmap and growth opportunities

Communicate and collaborate on vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

Work with stakeholders, other product owners, and cross-functional team to define KPI's and measures of success for features and functionality, measure and adapt backlog and additional feature enhancements based on KPI's and consumer insights.

Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Decompose features into detailed and well written user stories that effectively translate into a detailed plan which the scrum team will use to turn business requests into functionality that drives business value

Lead SCRUM teams as the Product Owner, leading the agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, PI planning, etc.)

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Research and analyze market, user/customer behavior, and the product trends

Follow our competitors and the industry

Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
