Responsibilities
Effectively lead moderately sized project teams ensuring good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of the project or task.
Generate and implement project plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments.
Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
Interact with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations.
Prepare and deliver project status updates to management.
Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision logs, metrics, and other key communications.
Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them.
Ensure current company policies and practices are followed, and accurate documentation requirements are followed.
Identify resources required for project activities, develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelines.
Partner and collaborate with a variety of functions, regions, and business resources to achieve project objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business and 5+ years of work experience in product development OR
Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business and 3+ years of work experience in product development
Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule and budget.
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong Emotional Intelligence, situational leadership, and ability to manage by influence.
Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution.
Comfortable communicating to and presenting in front of all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry
PMP® certification desired
Technical or engineering background
