Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of innovative social media and marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and engagement.
Work closely with the social media team to create compelling multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
Contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and engaging social media content and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and build relationships with influencers and strategic brand partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, applying insights to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Support audience engagement across social media platforms (DMs, comments, mentions, tags) to foster community interaction.
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss brand initiatives, report progress, and collaborate on upcoming tasks.
Continuously monitor competitor marketing strategies and campaigns to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via social media, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member when needed.
Represent the brand at field events, engaging with attendees, promoting the brand, and supporting event-related activities.

Required
Knowledge of trending social media features and growth strategies.
Social media marketing and content creation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
Experience in the health and wellness industry and TikTok Shop is a plus.
