Responsibilities

Oversee a diverse portfolio of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Build trusted relationships with BU leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.

Establish consistent governance processes, including performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Prepare and present executive-level summaries and IT Steering Committee (ITSC) content.

Required

10+ years in IT project/program management with 5+ years in portfolio or strategic leadership roles.

Deep knowledge of project/portfolio management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Strong proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, Smartsheet, ADO).

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

Experience with organizational change management and process optimization.
