Responsibilities

Participate in Corporate transaction meetings

Lead Corporate transaction calls within the first 30-60 days

Assist with team capacity planning and budget vs. actual time analysis

Attend weekly company calls

Hold bi-weekly 1:1 calls with direct supervisor

Communicate effectively via email and Slack

Manage team members within the department

Conduct annual reviews and performance improvement plans

Hold regular 1:1 calls with each direct report

Lead 1-3 client calls per week, overseeing inbox and email reviews

Coordinate client onboardings

Onboard one new client per month

Handle ad hoc projects, scope by hours and required team members, and ensure timely communication

Collaborate and co-own monthly financial close processes

Train team members, suggest process improvements, and implement transaction-by-transaction reviews

Backup payroll processing and run payroll with attention to detail for clients of varying team sizes

Categorize income/expense transactions, manage client payables, and audit client books and Asana processes for improvements
