Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovation, digitization, and operational improvement across departments.
Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency and foster a culture of digital-first thinking within the organization.
Oversee the collection, storage, and governance of enterprise data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to extract actionable insights from data, enabling predictive decision-making.
Implement data-driven initiatives, such as predictive maintenance, to optimize operational performance and reduce costs.
Lead the development and deployment of digital twin technologies to simulate and optimize the performance of physical assets.
Utilize simulations for the testing and validation of aircraft designs, manufacturing processes, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate digital twin capabilities into key workflows, improving productivity and reducing risk.
Evaluate, implement, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR, and blockchain, to improve business operations.
Ensure seamless interoperability between digital systems, enterprise platforms, and legacy technologies.
Foster innovation through pilot programs, technology trials, and partnerships with external technology providers.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of digital transformation professionals, data analysts, and simulation experts.
Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and professional development plans for team members.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on strategy and priorities.
Develop and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for digital enterprise services across the organization.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project success and alignment with organizational priorities.
Monitor and measure the impact of digital initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise data management, or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proven track record of implementing large-scale digital transformation projects, including digital twin technologies and advanced analytics initiatives
Strategic Leadership: Expertise in developing and executing digital transformation roadmaps
Data Analytics: Proficiency in leveraging AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to derive actionable insights
Digital Twin Development: Strong understanding of simulation technologies and digital twin implementation strategies
Technology Integration: Experience with IoT, AR/VR, blockchain, and other emerging technologies
Project Management: Exceptional skills in planning, prioritization, and resource management
Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Change Management: Skilled in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation
Preferred
Master’s degree
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, PLM, or MES systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks in regulated environments
