Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Compare test CAS (Claims Administration System) data with production CSC (Claims Service Center) legacy data, identifying variances and trends across various factors like geography and diagnosis.
Trend Analysis: Apply data science techniques to analyze historical trends and provide insights for improving the accuracy of claims processing.
Leadership Reporting: Create and present detailed reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics such as the number of correct/incorrect CAS entries, variance percentages, and actionable insights.
Claims Data Building: Build and structure claims data models, focusing on accuracy and delivering insights that drive decision-making.

Required
Minimum 5 years in data analysis or data engineering
Strong proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing data
Expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
Experience building and analyzing claims data
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership
