Responsibilities
Provide strategic and technical leadership for the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and Workplace Service Delivery modules.
Develop and refine the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning with organizational goals to maximize the return on investment.
Guide configuration and implementation efforts for modules such as Change Management and Employee Service Center.
Partner with stakeholders to expand ServiceNow’s capabilities beyond IT, showcasing its value across the enterprise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support.
Support the firm’s growth objectives by providing a vision for platform expansion and continuous improvement.

Required
Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including broad knowledge of multiple modules and their implementation.
