Responsibilities

Manage timelines and oversee the production of creative assets for 8-12 product launches per quarter, including Amazon listing images, A+ content, packaging, inserts, and marketing collateral.

Lead quarterly updates to the Amazon storefront and ensure website assets align with brand updates.

Maintain and refine workflows using existing tools (ClickUp, Slack) to streamline approvals and meet deadlines.

Collaborate on visual concepts for Amazon listings, website updates, and seasonal campaigns.

Develop photography shot lists, video briefs, and mood boards to guide external photographers and videographers.

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent, elevated visuals across all channels.

Manage and mentor 1-2 graphic designers, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality execution.

Work closely with product development, marketing, and order management teams to ensure alignment on creative needs and deadlines.

Foster a system where fewer revisions are needed by promoting clear communication and strong initial concepts.

Analyze creative performance (e.g., Amazon conversions) and propose strategies to continuously improve.
