Responsibilities
Administer Contract Management System ( LinkSquares ) , including system training and overseeing processes
Monitor and manage group electronic mailbox
Maintain and update contract templates
Analyze basic contracts for changes ( redlin ing ) and facilitate revisions, collaborating with General Counsel on legal terms, etc.
Conduct l egal review and negotiation of contracts , with experience level determining involvement
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure their legal needs are met
Assist General Counsel with coordination of corporate governan ce matters, policy review , drafting presentations and assist ing with litigation
Performs other duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the department and the c ompany

Required
Undergraduate Degree required or equivalent experience
Non-lawyers must have at least 5 years supporting lawyers or legal teams in an in-house setting; lawyers must have at least 2 years’ experience practicing law in an in-house or law firm setting
Experience with healthcare law including business associate agreements and HIPAA
Experience with contract management and contract management systems
Willingness to be accountable for business deliverables
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners
Proven ability using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-making
Must be willing to travel up to 20 % of the time
Preferred
Law degree or paralegal certificate preferred
