Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line.
Provides administrative support for Quality Assurance evaluation processes.
Supports the Interpreter Network by resolving interpreter inquiries.
Reviews and updates profiles of existing and incoming interpreters.
Provides basic interpreter performance and client feedback.
Evaluates service quality through live call evaluations.
Collaborates with other QA Team Members on an as needed basis with departmental projects and initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency
Office administration and/or client service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 30 WPM or more
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Interpreting and/or quality control experience
