Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Momar’s comprehensive solutions, conduct consumer research, and identify how our offerings can meet client needs.
Organize and manage daily work schedules to cultivate relationships, set appointments, and generate leads with existing and potential clients within a defined geographic territory.
Create and adjust a personal sales plan based on real-time field interactions and performance metrics.
Drive profitable sales growth through effective techniques and strategic decision-making.
Lead sales efforts by conducting impactful product demos, addressing client needs, and closing business across a broad range of solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers by proactively engaging in sales activities. Utilize strategic questioning, problem-solving, and continuous identification of new opportunities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Actively prospect new clients using tools such as LinkedIn and other resources. Set appointments, qualify leads, and make effective sales calls. Follow Momar’s proven Steps of Selling to close deals successfully across all solution and service categories.
Master Momar’s diverse product portfolio and conduct tailored product demonstrations. Address customer questions, overcome objections, and provide value-based solutions. Collaborate with technical staff and sales management to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive sales.
Lead compelling sales presentations, network at industry events, and attend trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities. Expand Momar’s presence within your market and industry.
Work closely with sales management to track business growth, report on active and pending accounts, and monitor customer purchasing behaviors. Regularly assess and identify new opportunities for expansion within your territory.
