Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate support to sales representative inquiries regarding special applications, systems or pricing

Process requests for modifications or options and other general information not covered by published pricing

Stay informed on new products and competitive models in the marketplace

Communicate suggested modifications to the company’s products/services to meet customer requirements

Communicate and provide feedback to product management for product services requirements not met by current product line

May write or provide input to assist in preparing technical literature for internal and field application

Participate in product training of sales representatives and customers

Customize and develop software for current product line

Create and maintain detailed technical documentations

4 Year Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field OR equivalent technical degree and years of experience

3+ Years of Building Controls experience, or related experience and/or training

Preferred

Niagara 4 Certification

Knowledge of HVAC systems and Building Automation systems
