Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end iOS app development projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to launch.
Oversee and optimize the internal IT tech stack, addressing inefficiencies and implementing process-oriented solutions.
Establish and enforce IT standards, processes, and security practices.
Hire and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Guide the consolidation of multiple existing apps into a single, cohesive application.
Act as the primary point of contact for a contracted team building the mobile app, providing strategic direction and technical oversight.
Manage change and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop future technology strategies and roadmaps.

Required

Proven experience in guiding iOS app development from start to finish.
Strong general IT background with a focus on process improvement and security.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring and managing development teams.
Hands-on approach with the ability to dive into technical details.
Experience in launching apps and managing app development projects in a corporate setting.

Preferred

Familiarity with Dr. Joe or a passion for the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.
