Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the preparation of complex individual, trust, and estate tax returns
Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses
Perform first reviews on certain individual and fiduciary returns
Ensure compliance with all federal and state filing requirements on behalf of clients
Work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies for minimizing taxes and optimizing wealth transfer
Act as a resource to wealth management teams for tax planning, tax research, and ongoing education of tax-related developments
Conduct thorough tax research and analysis, staying current on tax laws and regulations, including international tax matters
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all tax-related matters

Required
BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance
4-10 years of relevant Tax experience
CPA required
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Experienced in preparing partnership, private foundation, and gift tax returns
