Responsibilities
Distribute incoming work requests among team to ensure efficiency and quality.
Provide routine directional guidance and performance feedback collectively and individually.
Evaluate relative performance among team members at key milestones, such as mid-year and end-of-year and distributing associated performance ratings.
Manage instances of sub-par performance with coaching or other means.
Provide supplemental operational support on escalated needs, such as driving problem issues with stakeholders and layers of management.

Required
Proven ability in managing support teams and external partners in operations
5 years of experience with Lumen products, processes and support functions with experience working with operations and inventory teams
Data and statistical analysis
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio
Process gap identification and improvement
