Responsibilities

Analyze technology trends and competitor product offerings to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.

Manage Breaking Energy News user feedback, development requests, and issue identification/testing/resolution.

Identify content topics and ensure live content is continually updated.

Create and maintain a content calendar, content guidelines, and up-to-date style guide.

Expand news products into global markets and into chemical and energy transition.

Maintain excellence in Breaking Energy News products.

Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and research teams in product demos, roadshows, receptions, social media, etc.

Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.

Leverage new and existing data and technology to drive value and maintain customer satisfaction.

Work with in-house teams to promote quality, consistency, and timeliness of data.

Ensure editorial contributors across markets and sectors are create compelling content.

Maintain a library of reusable knowledge assets, including marketing materials.

Liaise with Industrial Info Research to ensure data accuracy and completeness, providing energy user perspectives and use cases.
