Responsibilities

Leads financial reporting, corporate accounting and consolidation, revenue, and audit/compliance team for One10.

Assists the CFO in promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Creates corporate financial reporting which includes the accuracy of the company's general ledger and its compliance with GAAP, IFRS, Stat.

General ledger ownership and ability to analyze and evaluate financial information

Supervises and provides direction over cash receipt and disbursement functions

Manages corporate compliance/regulatory requirements for contracts, law, banking, investments, etc.

Acts as a leader and liaison with FP&A and Systems to assist in all aspects of financial reporting including revenue reporting, financial review, process assistance, etc.

Performs cash flow management activity, including transfers and wires; manages treasury functions

Prepares internal and external financial reports, and ensures that they are timely, accurate, and in compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements

Manages communication with the Executive team, CFO, and Board to ensure all regulatory requirements are met, emerging accounting literature is understood, and properly documented and implemented

Summarizes findings on the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in partnership with FP&A on reported results to present to senior management, external auditors, and regulators

Partners with Finance in budget preparations and monthly budget / actual reporting analyses

Develops internal control policies and procedures guidelines; maintains internal controls integrity and documentation for fiscal management of organization

Support and assist with tax preparations

Develops, documents, implements, and maintains processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices

Manages and coordinates work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records

Directs the preparation, coordination and successful completion of the annual audits; resolving management letter matters

Supports various CFO, Finance & Controllership special projects as required or deemed necessary by Executive leadership.
