Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CMMS, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability

Configure and customize the CMMS to meet organizational needs and industry best practices

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for CMMS usage across departments

Train and support end-users on CMMS functionality and best practices

Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to integrate CMMS with other systems

Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMMS

Develop and maintain asset management strategies and preventive maintenance schedules

Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes

Manage and report out on performance metrics, including CMMS statistics and other business metrics not limited to finance, HR and Health and Safety
