Responsibilities
Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with business heads and process managers.
Collaborate with the development team to convert business requirements into actionable user stories.
Create use cases and provide team-based resolutions for Salesforce and integrated applications.
Actively involve in user acceptance testing, including regression testing and UAT.
Administer and collaborate on reports and dashboards for business sales and nCino teams.
Define user experience scenarios using API flow diagrams to describe functional integration.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of demonstrable experience in Financial Service Cloud and nCino Platform Deployment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and the nCino Bank Operating System, including lending, compliance, and portfolio management features.
Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
Preferred
Experience in Wealth Management Operations and Retail Banking is helpful.
