Required

Minimum 10 yrs in a solutions consulting role; similar experience in product management

5+ years of lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment is required

Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions for complex business challenges.

Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and challenges.

Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of insurance platforms, policy administration systems, and claims management solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A passion for problem-solving and a drive to find innovative solutions.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A strong understanding of data analytics and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.

Preferred

3-5+ years of P&C (or benefits) operations management experience is preferred

External consulting or business processing related requirements gathering, suctioning, pre-sales and contracting would be a plus

Previous Sr Customer Success experience preferred.

Solutions design and/or implementation preferred.
