Responsibilities

Administering collective bargaining agreements for assigned client groups.
Executing wage administration tasks, such as mass wage increases and pay corrections.
Managing people movement transactions, including shift changes and promotions.
Recording grievances, discipline, and generating necessary reports and audits.
Partnering with HR teams and COEs across multiple locations to ensure seamless operations.
Leveraging tools like PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline processes.

Required

Proven attention to detail in handling large-volume transactions with low error rates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
Experience in virtual customer service and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum 5 years in HR/labor relations roles or 3+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
Specific experience with union contract administration, including grievances, wage administration, and reporting.
Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Preferred

HR or labor relations experience in a unionized environment.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
Demonstrated ability to function in a high-volume, enterprise-level setting.
