Responsibilities
Design and enhance user experiences for the independent agent proprietary portal and multi-product quoting application, ForAgentsOnly.com.
Play a critical role in improving complex eCommerce workflows.
Create actionable designs and contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
Work with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
Ensure solutions align with user needs and business objectives.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 2 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
Preferred
Experience designing workflows and interfaces for multi-product eCommerce platforms or quoting applications; Ability to execute design solutions across mobile and desktop platforms
Strong proficiency in Figma, XD and Adobe Creative Suite for creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes; Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate design concepts with development teams
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable, user-centered design solutions; Experience partnering with user research team to gather insights, analyze user needs and inform design improvements
Strong collaboration and presentation skills, with experience working alongside developers, product managers, and business stakeholders
