Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning execution and closing of Systems Development related projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and risk management

Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed

Manage project budgets ensuring financial accountability and cost control as well as benefit tracking and reporting

Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT Product Development Service Delivery and Service Assurance to achieve project milestones

Act as the primary point of contact for all project related issues and inquiries

Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic project plans to manage resources to ensure proper task alignment and sequencing identify critical path and drive cross organizational alignment

Facilitate regular and ad hoc project team meetings to keep resources on track to bring responsible parties together to solve issues and to provide a forum for team discussions

Track and report regularly on program status and performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques Basic Program status to Executive level reporting

Perform risk assessments regularly implement risk mitigation strategies or recovery plans and communicate and/or escalate issues to Leadership

Required

Requires Bachelors degree and related experience or 10+ years of experience working with complex technical architecture and systems solutions for networks

Ability to lead disciplined innovative strategic or tactical planning with other internal technical stakeholder groups

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Word

Knowledge of project management PMI standards and processes

Knowledge of various aspects of a development process including but not limited to Requirements Gathering, Planning Design, Coding, Test, Deployment, Documentation

Familiarity of various process methodologies e.g. Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban

Advanced time management organizational and analytical skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
