Responsibilities

Across the portfolio, lead the team to achieve at or above 75% conversion on leads and reservations

Grow physical occupancy to 92% across the portfolio and lead teams to achieve a delinquency goal of 2.5% or less

Using financial, budget, operations and services knowledge increase the month over month revenue for the portfolio

Drive NOI through proper budget management, operational excellence, maximizing existing revenue streams, and finding new sources of revenue

Set performance objectives for each of the properties and coordinate to assure resources and trainings are in place at each property to understand and meet the performance needs

Design the training and support plan for the district managers, area managers and property managers, coordinating with the training team for implementation, process, and content

Maintain and update the Performance appraisal system for properties

Escalated customer issues, incident reports, legal action response

Maintain property aesthetics including assisting with CAPEX budgeting and execution
