Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HCM Core HR processes.
Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Core HR modules to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, ensuring system reliability, accuracy, and alignment with requirements.
Support system integrations, data migrations, and resolve issues within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective system utilization.
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in HR system configurations and processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize Oracle HCM Core HR workflows.

Required

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Oracle HCM Core HR.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR modules, including configuration and customization.

Familiarity with system integrations and data migration techniques within Oracle HCM.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and end-users.
Understanding of HR compliance standards and best practices.
