Responsibilities
Help ResultsCX customers with a wide range of healthcare related inquiries
Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them
Assist members with finding a primary care physician in their network
Review and process change requests on member insurance plans
Conduct healthcare screening or appointment scheduling

Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to type 30 words per minute
Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
Open availability between 7am-2am EST 7 days a week
High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
