Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding, implementation, and optimization for the ServiceTitan CRM platform.
Develop and execute tailored workflows for unique client requirements within ServiceTitan.
Manage client relationships through regular virtual meetings and occasional on-site visits.
Provide expertise in marketing strategies using ServiceTitan Marketing Pro, including email and SMS campaigns.
Ensure consistent follow-up on leads, return calls, and unresolved issues.
Maintain and update client data within CRM systems.
Solve client challenges with innovative, data-driven solutions.
Provide regular progress updates and reports.
Oversee pricebook imports/exports and build-outs with Excel expertise.
Assist clients with optimizing accounting workflows, reporting, and integrations (e.g., QuickBooks).

Required
ServiceTitan Software expertise: 3+ years
Marketing management experience: 3+ years
Microsoft Excel proficiency: 3+ years
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in the Home Service industry: 3+ years
Accounting experience: 3+ years
Familiarity with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online): 2+ years
