Responsibilities

Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings with student loan clients to analyze their student loan debt and present options to save money by refinancing their loans or entering loans into federal loan repayment and forgiveness plans

Provide reports to student loan borrower clients detailing savings and cost comparisons

Review customized student loan borrower data in the GradFin student loan software system

Manage a list of clients in the GradFin customer relationship management (CRM) system

Strong desire to work with student loan borrowers to help them achieve their financial goals.
