Responsibilities
Utilize tools, training, and awareness to ensure you are working safely at all times.
Build relationships with customers and decision makers to develop and encourage sales growth.
Communicate regularly with sales manager and team members to ensure proper account coverage, service activities and outage support – both planned and unplanned.
Collaborate with Voith customer service, manufacturing, applications, and administrative support to accomplish objectives.
Maintain the customer relationship using various software (SalesForce, Global Vision, etc).
Make sales and service calls to customer mills to promote sales. Perform routine inspections and technical service functions. Respond to unscheduled outages and specific needs as they arise.
Coordinate / assist in installations. Keep the appropriate database updated for inventory management.
Promote value-added products and technical services and present any necessary data analysis or reports for customer understanding and acceptance.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Good communication skills required, both verbal and written.
Analytical thinking and familiarity with standard Microsoft software programs required.
Preferred
Secondary education preferred.
Experience in technical / industrial sales or experience in the paper industry preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently, primarily by car. Overnight hotel stays required at times.
