Responsibilities
Will be assigned a portfolio of projects where the delivery directors will be the accountable and responsible for project management excellence in delivery
Designated to be the first line of escalation on delivery issues and will be responsible to work with the project managers on issue resolution and risk mitigation
Provide weekly status updates to the practice leadership team on the portfolio of the projects;
Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills.
Coach and mentor consultants throughout the course of the project and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.
Define and Manage the stage gate reviews during the projects to meet the compliance standards that are established.
Adopt and adhere to a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects with all COEs
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapping.
Work well with customers, internal technology and product teams to articulate issues and communicate effectively.

Required
7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs
5+ years consulting experience
Experience implementing multiple Small, Medium and Enterprise scale Salesforce solutions
Multiple Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, Architect)
Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project managers, technical and non-technical resources, budget and schedule
Demonstrated Project/Program management skills with teams of varying size
Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget
Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates
Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with Salesforce
Ability to manage and mentor business resources
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Preferred
PMP Certification
University degree or college diploma in Business Administration and/or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
Salesforce certifications: Admin
Practical experience in one or more CRM software products (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.)
Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
