Responsibilities

Work involves problem solving with assistance and mentorship in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for performing fixing investigations by gathering information, solving tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.

In addition, you will prioritize work based on severity and vitality balancing client and business needs.

You will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
