Responsibilities
Engage in targeted prospect research, in close partnership with regional fundraisers and our central team.
Develop campaigns and strategies, including case for support and campaign related materials to support primary solicitors at all stages of the donor life cycle
Work in partnership with Executive Directors and other fundraisers to support the relationships necessary to advance fundraising efforts, which may include regional advisory board members
Consistently maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity information in our customer relationship management system (currently SalesForce) and leverage this information to track progress, monitor gaps, and adjust strategy and approach
Steward team and organizational initiatives

Required
Experience building and executing successful fundraising campaigns for donors of multiple giving levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage up and laterally to influence development teammates in service of donor stewardship
Have a solid foundation in best practices of development and fundraising
Experience stewarding a portfolio of donors/funders from various funding streams
Contribute to complex fundraising and relationship management initiatives
Align donor materials to various fundraising campaigns and strategies, determining the specific approach to steward a portfolio donors and execute on that strategy in service of maximizing revenue
Data analysis and tracking progress to goal, adjusting strategy accordingly
At least 4 years of related experience in development and fundraising context
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals managing and/or supporting the management of a portfolio of donors
Preferred
Teach For America or similar education-focused non-profit development experience
