Responsibilities

Evaluate RFPs and provide recommendations to internal teams.
Manage RFP Bidding Portal activity.
Support the pre-sale strategy of Marketplace programs through partnership with the Content Syndication Strategist(s).
Provide recommendations on program types to best support the goals of each customer.
Provide exceptional support to all stakeholders; advertisers, media partners and solution providers via email, phone, and customer system of record (Salesforce).
Contribute to Integrate's success from day one on a mission to become an industry expert.

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Requires 1-2+ years with B2B-focused experience (preferably at a publishing company or agency) in a campaign manager, project manager or marketing ops role.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure
Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a desire to grow
Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and effective listening skills
Works independently on highly complex, unique, or custom campaigns
Impeccable attention to detail
Follows all best practices and acts as a mentor to newer team members
Ability to drive conversations related to operational needs of internal and external stakeholders
