Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud Integration (SCI) solutions.
Develop and manage API integrations to support HR transformation initiatives.
Provide expertise in middleware technologies and integration platforms to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead integration efforts for large-scale HR transformation projects, ensuring seamless operation across cross platforms.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve integration challenges and optimize business processes.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project status and integration progress.

Required

3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud Integration (SCI).
Strong knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface) development and management.
Proven experience with middleware technologies and integration platforms.
Hands-on experience with large-scale HR transformation projects.
Ability to deploy and manage environments across multiple platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Cloud Integration.
Experience with other SAP cloud products.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
