Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, conduct requirements analysis, and design solutions that meet business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their automation goals.
Standardize segment specific product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, showcasing APF product capabilities to address specific client challenges.
Customize demonstrations to match segment and client requirements and highlight the unique benefits of APF solutions to meet business needs.
Provide in-depth training materials on APF product features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
Collaborate with clients to ensure a clear understanding of APF’s automation and manufacturing optimization potential.
Work closely with product development and engineering teams to design tailored automation solutions that address client requirements.
Develop technical proposals and solution configurations to align APF products with customer-specific needs.
Gather feedback from regional APF presales to ensure continuous product improvements and future development.
Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs and challenges to the APF product development team.
Ensure business process is up to date and the worldwide team has up to date materials.
Centralize documentation throughout the presales process, from opportunity identification through customer commitment.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years in a technical presales, solutions engineering, or consulting role within the automation or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of factory automation and semiconductor production processes.
Familiarity with APF solutions or similar automation frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to assess complex client requirements, design tailored solutions and address technical challenges effectively.
