Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce. Having a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, including CRM, ESP, OMS, ERP, and related technologies.
Plan and facilitate Sprint activities, ensuring Agile principles are applied effectively using Scrum methodology.
Elicit requirements during the Discovery phase, collaborating with designers to create visual mockups that represent client needs.
Work with architects to understand the technical approach, create functional specifications, and manage the development backlog by creating and prioritizing tickets.
Visualize requirements through the creation of process flows, data flows, and other diagrammatic tools to ensure communication of requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring agreement on client goals.
Support Quality Assurance (QA) by developing test cases and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets client expectations.

Required

4+ years of experience in an Agile environment
Subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce platforms
Comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, including CRM, ESP, OMS, ERP, and related technologies
Plan and facilitate Sprint activities, ensuring Agile principles are applied effectively using Scrum methodology
Elicit requirements during the Discovery phase, collaborating with designers to create visual mockups that represent client needs
Work with architects to understand the technical approach, create functional specifications, and manage the development backlog by creating and prioritizing tickets

4+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consultancy or agency preferred)
Expertise in Adobe Commerce and familiarity with the broader ecommerce ecosystem
Experience translating business objectives into functional specifications
Experience delivering high-quality solutions and consulting with partners
Comfortable simplifying and presenting information to all partners
Experience managing Sprint activities, including Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
